Kate is a commercial litigator with particular experience in regulatory and consumer law. She has also acted for clients in relation to insolvency, debt collection, contractual and tort disputes. In addition to dispute resolution work, Kate has significant experience in advising a statutory decision-maker on applications and appeals before it, as well as advising private clients in relation to legislative compliance, particularly consumer legislation.
Kate has been with Wilson Harle since 2009, prior to which she was a Judges’ Clerk at the High Court in Auckland. She holds a LLB(Hons) and BA(Hons) from the University of Auckland.
