Florence joined Wilson Harle in May 2023 as a Discovery Clerk while completing her LLB/BA conjoint at the University of Auckland. She joined the legal staff in April 2024 as a Law Clerk and then a Solicitor after being admitted to the bar in July 2024.
While at university, Florence provided pro bono work for the Auckland Law School’s Equal Justice Project, reflecting her passion for legal accessibility and social justice.
Florence has an interest in dispute resolution, tort law, and human rights law.
