Kylie has practised as a civil litigation lawyer in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK since graduating from the University of Auckland with a BA/LLB(Hons) in 2007.
She advises clients on a variety of commercial disputes including claims involving contractual issues, professional negligence, insurance, defamation, and misleading and deceptive conduct. She has appeared in mediations and arbitrations, and before courts and regulatory authorities.
Kylie started her career at a boutique litigation practice in Auckland, before working in London at a specialist public sector firm focusing on the prosecution of professional discipline cases. Prior to joining Wilson Harle in 2021, Kylie worked in practices specialising in insurance in Sydney and Auckland, for local and international underwriters of professional indemnity policies in the areas of financial lines, construction risks, and healthcare.
