Rachel specialises in civil and commercial litigation with particular expertise in public law, regulatory proceedings, contractual disputes and negligence claims. She also has significant experience in advising clients responding to regulatory investigations, including in relation to insurance issues.
Rachel’s committed approach means she is a trusted adviser who quickly develops knowledge in the area at issue. Her wide-ranging experience is an asset as it allows Rachel to draw parallels across different areas of the law and find logical and pragmatic solutions.
Prior to joining Wilson Harle, Rachel worked for a number of years at the Crown Law Office working in the public commercial team. She holds an LLB(Hons) and a BCA from Victoria University.
